I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location on the main street was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The room was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like ironing facilities and air conditioning. The staff provided excellent service, from the friendly welcome drink to the helpful tours/ticket assistance. I also appreciated the variety of dining options, including the delicious breakfast and the bar/lounge area for a relaxing drink. The spa & wellness centre was a highlight, with its indoor swimming pool and sauna providing a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring. The sun terrace and garden area were also lovely places to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Staff really helpful and cheerful - we were doing a race and they put on an early morning breakfast and were empathetic. Also hunted round for a phone charger and train times and had generally good customer service

The whirlpool was not working most of the time and there was no effort made to fix it.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Christmas at the hotel was filled with festive cheer with beautiful decorations and live music. The free public transportation card and the central location of the hotel made exploring the town and nearby areas very easy. The staff were accommodating and responsive to requests and needs, and the food was decent.

The room was smaller than expected and lacked proper ventilation. The heating system was faulty and left the room feeling stuffy and uncomfortable.
